Smoking black, up and down idle

I have an '01 z28 LS1 6 speed. Bought it from a friend who blew the original motor and put a 50,000 mile one in from an '01 corvette. Since he put it in, has never ran correctly and finally he sold it to me for $1000 just to get rid of it. The problem is that it smokes black and idles up and down. Also, the low oil light is on and the asr shuts off. I have replaced the TPS because it was bad, the MAP sensor, a few vacuum lines around the MAP sensor, and the ECM/PCM. Originally, it was throwing the same codes over and over again and the OBD-II website said the ECM was bad. I'm getting close to having the car streetable but need a little help...

What codes? It could be throwing the same codes over and over again because something is hooked up wrong or a sensor is broken.

It's not throwing codes anymore. The codes it was throwing all had the possibility of the PCM being bad. I replaced it and it stopped throwing codes. Now is just the problem of the black smoke and idling up and down. Between 600 then up to 1200 RPM. I'm thinking vacuum lines somewhere along the line are missing/broken. Anyone have schematics or a link to somewhere to get them?

Check the PCV hose especially where it hooks to the back of the drivers side tappet cover. Known failure point for that system.
