I dunno if it helps or not but I am running it, so are a couple of my friends.I installed it with a lid, filter and smooth bellow , so all 4 made a bid difference.

Even if I get 1-2 HP its worth it for $25.

Maybe someone dynoed before and after and will post.

It advances the timing by fooling the PCM into thinking that the air temp is something it's not ... in some conditions you may get 1 or 2 hp .. in other conditions you may lose 1 or 2 hp or more ... particulary when it is hot out, with too much timing in hot conditions the car will ping, lose power and lose even more power if - hopefully - KR kicks in to protect your engine ...

Good Luck

Why pay $25 for it when you can run to Radio Shack and pick up a resistor for under a buck?

When I first bought my 02 I bought the SLP module. Everytime I went to the track I actually lost time in the quarter when using it. So now it sits in my glove box. A couple weeks ago I made a run in over 85 degree weather and lost 4/10ths using the slp module.
