When I am just cruising around and start to accelerate and get to about 1200rpm and hold it there, I hear a slight whistlinng coming from the front of the car. It sounds like someone is under my hood whistling, but I checked for that. I didnt think anyone could fit in there anyways..
But seriously, it goes away as soon as I get a little further in the rpm range, 1500 or so, and it does not exist below 900... It did it with both the stock air lid and the slp I have now. I have checked for other lines being loose, but found none..
Any ideas??

mine has a slight whistling at idle and low throttle acc. in first gear. i always just figured it was the intake since it sounded just like my friends CAI on his prelude. is that what it sounds like?
At idle there is nothing, just at that slight throttle... So I am not sure... If I pop the hood and try to listen while I hit the throttle under the hood, I can never make it do it..

You know, this may be kind of silly, but does it only do it the first couple of minutes after you start the car? If so, it's the A.I.R. pump. Once the car is warmed up the A.I.R. pump won't run.
No, it actually does it all the time.. My initial 5 miles to work is through neighborhoods, so I am in the lower rpm range.. If the car is in neutral I cant seem to make it do it however..

I got the same thing driving in low rpm conditions and idle. When im at traffic lights and stop signs my friends think its my breaks squeaking. Its very high pitched. Is there any way to delete this out of your pcm ?
