Skip Shift Elimination

I decided to buy the SLP SKip Shift, i want it to look professional and all that so i am gonna do it the expensive way lol. But what i don't get is if i eliminate the Skip Shift, does that mean i can't ever skip shift? Sometimes its handy to be able to go from 2 - 4 or something like that.

When you drive slow, the transmission makes you shift from 1st to 4th. It won't let you shift to 2nd or 3rd.

What the skip shift eliminator does, is stop the transmission from limiting your choice of gear selection. You'll be able to put it in any gear you choose except reverse. It will still lock you out of reverse.
