Well you guessed it, both fans on as fast as they can go, temp just goes higher and higher.

till it hits the red mark and the dummy light comes on.

So i turn off the a/c and it falls back down to around 200.

Alright so heres my problem.

90 degrees and below everything is great. No problems at all.

Above 90, crusing at ANY speed, my car seems like it cannot handle A/C...

So I check the rad fluid level, its to the top. I checked the fans they both work great.

So what is going on here my friends? I have a 2000 SS Vert. it has 23000 miles on it and is still under warentee but I really dont want to bring the car into the dealership so they can mess up and bend the sides of my car out like they did last time. Do I need to flush out my radiator? If so. How hard is that to do? It really sucks because on an 85 degree day its great to cruise with the top down and no AC but sitting in a traffic jam when its 98+ outside I really could have used that ac yesterday instead i sweat my B@lls off...

well I just ran another trial.

Weird thing.......Car is just sitting there on, no A/c no fan...as expected.

I turn the A/C on, both fans kick on, the highspeed only for a min or 2, then it cycles on and off while the lowspeed stays on constantly.

I might be wrong, but isnt it supposed to be the other way around? WHILE THE AC IS ON.
