only if you want to have the better sounding exhaust note. Headers would help but when the cutout is open it doesn't matter if you have stock exhaust or aftermarket.

Buy an exhaust so that you can still have nice sound on days when you do not want it to be so loud.

first i would measure the pipe...if it's 2.75" than it's stock, 3" it's already an aftermarket.

i would say if you like the sound right now of the muffler stick with it. why spend the money when you already have the C/O for the noise and the power.

although it could be benificial to put 3" pipe from the Ypipe to the cutout...to take advantage of the added flow. that should only be a few bucks at a shop.

if you want more sound, but still managable for daily driving...go for a full catback and have the cutout installed at the same time
