Post shiftskip eliminator question

Where do they plug in? Thinking about getting one. Only had car for a week and can't stand that shiftskip. Dealer sells them but wan't twice the $ than Summitt or Jegs.

To answer your question, it installs on the transmission.

http://www.installuniversity.com has pictures of the location.

How much are they?

$0.10 for a resister at RadioShack.

$18 + shipping from RMGProducts.com

$29 + Shipping for the SLP module (available at ThunderRacing and other vendors listed in the CZ28.com index)Jegs, Summit Racing ... they all have it.

Check eBay, but watch out for the people who sell it as a "kit", or just tell you how to build one ... read the description very carefully or else you'll spend $20 for a $0.10 resistor.

This idiot is paying $9 plus another $5 shipping for a frikkin $0.10 resistor. Buyer Beware!

This guy, however, is selling an actual plug-in module that sells for $18 on the web site.

Man! Did you check this con man's other auctions?!?
The TB bypass for $10+...
He has a "fan switch kit" he is selling, if you read down at the bottom of his ad he says "the kit includes everything needed except a few feet of wire and a switch"...
Dayum! That's all that the fan mod is, a few feet of wire and a switch!
Next thing he'll be selling is 160* thermostats, and he'll send you an 1/8" shim off the end of a bolt when you buy one.
Dave

about the guys on ebay, many of them will lie and tell you it's the kit and not a resistor but you get a resistor anyway. Just keep your money and get the resistor.
