Service Vehicle Light - NOT SES

This morning I went to start my car and the Service Vehicle light came on. Not, the SES, but another light... The car seemed to have started with a lower idle than usual, and the weather was a bit cold, 28* or so...

Anyone know anything about this light, or what may be causing it to come on? I searched and found little here. I found a bit at LS1Tech, but still nothing conclusive.

Afterwards, I turned to car off and back on, and the light was gone. Car seems to be running like a champ though, no power loss or anything...

This happened to me the other day too. It was also cold out but it went away when I restarted the car.

Earlier today both the SVL came on, and the Brake light. I checked the fluid, which was very low for some reason. I added some, and will keep an eye out for the light to return.. However, begs the question.. Where did the fluid go?

past a caliper or out the back of the master cylinder dumping into the brake booster.
