That's part of the A.I.R. system.

As Al said, that hose goes from the lid to the AIR pump.

If you have a stock lid (or an SLP lid I think?) it should be fairly obvious where it goes. With any other aftermarket lid, you're going to need a little K&N breather filter (to stick in that hose). I dunno the K&N part number but I'm sure you could find one at a local parts store that sells K&N crap. Or you could just buy one from almost any LS1/F-body vendor that sells lids (like Thunder Racing <--- I know they sell it).

i have a 94 camaro with a rigged up intake. but the hose is way to small to fit a small filter on it the hose is a hard hose and is bent wierd looking. one goes into the sensor from the back of the intake it looks like and the other is just hanging there about 4inches and bent weird. any ideas i wouldnt think it went to the lid though

In your case just plug it off. You don't need it if you're not going to run an LS1 type AIR system. I took mine all off and plugged it at the back of the manifold. You will have to have the AIR removed from the PCM because it will set a code.
