sensor on intake
sensor on intake
okay i have a 2001 camaro ls1 engine in my 94 camaro. there is a sensor on the driver side of the intake. with a plugin harness and 2 hoses coming from it one is hooked up the other end is just lying there not hooked up it has vacum to it cause it sucks in a little where does this go thanks abunch
As Al said, that hose goes from the lid to the AIR pump.
If you have a stock lid (or an SLP lid I think?) it should be fairly obvious where it goes. With any other aftermarket lid, you're going to need a little K&N breather filter (to stick in that hose). I dunno the K&N part number but I'm sure you could find one at a local parts store that sells K&N crap. Or you could just buy one from almost any LS1/F-body vendor that sells lids (like Thunder Racing <--- I know they sell it).

i have a 94 camaro with a rigged up intake. but the hose is way to small to fit a small filter on it the hose is a hard hose and is bent wierd looking. one goes into the sensor from the back of the intake it looks like and the other is just hanging there about 4inches and bent weird. any ideas i wouldnt think it went to the lid though
