RWHP gains from this exhaust??
RWHP gains from this exhaust??
Friday Iam having a custom 3 inch catback with a 4inch bullet (dynomax) comming off the Y pipe and either...
A) exiting in front of the rear passenger wheel
B) over the axle (not mandrel bent) and out the back with a onesy on the passenger side
Next friday me and a buddy will install mac mid length headers with the mac off road Y pipe.

You might as well dump the stock mandrel bent 2.75" pipes for 2.5" pipes if you don't mandrel bend the 3" pipe. That's how bad non-mandrel pipe restricts.Jegs carries individual I-pipe parts in 3" mandrel bent for our cars if that .25" means alot to you. They are DynoMax cat-back parts that they can special order. From what I understand it is about $50.
Also, that bullet is going to be very raspy rather than deep sounding with an ORP. The best bullet for what you are contemplating is a DynoMax part #24219 long bullet.
Good luck
Dave
ratio411,
I got the guy to put the bullet on the end of the y-pipe and on the end of the bullet use a 45 degree mandrel bent pipe towards the passenger rear tire.
It sounds great for now! When I add the headers and ORP Iam sure I will end up with a dr. gas X with another bullet to make the true dual exhaust! To keep it on the hush hush side!
Thanks for your response, I got the idea from you in the first place with my own "little" twist.
Thanks again,
Brian
