routing for E-cutout wiring?
should be purchasing an electric cutout soon. just wondering if there are any holes in the underbody to run the wiring iinto the cab?
i know there is the one behind the computer, in the firewall. but i have no idea if there is enough wiring provided to run all the way up there.
i guess i could run it up through the shifter hole...
any other ideas?

I ran my wiring through a small hole I made in the top left corner of my shifter boot (not the leather one, the rubber one underneath). After making the small cut, I used some RTV sealer (I think that's what it's called) to make sure there were no leaks.
I guess it would depend on where your cut out is. Mine is under the rear passenger seat. Ther are two grommits in that area. One uner the seat and one on the floor area in front of the rear seat.
Yup ... what Kringer said.
I mounted my e-cutout under the passenger rear seat. There's a nice cavity in the floorpan that lets you tuck the cutout up out of the way. Plus, there's a grommet within inches so it's a quick run through the grommet and then under the carpet up to your switch location.
