Reverse split thunder cam

hey. Im looking into getting the thunder racing reverse split 99-230/224-111 230/224 .575/.563 111 LSA cam. Has anyone had this cam or have an idea how it would run with all the usual bolt ons then maybe some heads?Would it be best to get there kit with Dual valve springs?

It depends on alot of things. If you have a car with pretty free flowing exaust, then this cam would be alright. Although I feel it still somewhat limits the low-end due to the smaller exaust duration. Personally, I'd go with a Futral FM11 or 13. They have a 2 degree split in a foward pattern. This has netted some very big numbers for a few people on LS-1 tech.

I have this cam. I love it. I an still running stock manifolds and cats, which I know are causeing a restriction, but I gained 45 RWHP just from the cam. I didn't notice much difference low end, but it pulls harder then stock mid and top end.
