Does anyone have a soundclip of their LS1 idling with the camera placed below / near the engine? .. I don't want a catback shot .. I think I'm hearing a funky noise and want to know if it's just me imagining things or if I should go have it checked out. Sound occurs once every second, second and a half .. sounds kinda like a rattle / knock and I can hear it much better below the engine than above. Any ideas? Any sound clips?

Try LS1 Sounds they have exhaust clips grouped together by the type of exhaust and many have idle clips.
