Replaced the Water Pump.. Still leaking Antifreeze..
Around November of 07 I had a mild leak coming from the Water Pump area. I replaced the water pump and gaskets and it went away for awhile. It came back yesterday though. It has a puddle of antifreeze on the very top of the Water Pump on the driverside just to the right of the Throttle Body where you can see it bubbling out... It's bolted on pretty tight... Would it be possible that the pump has expired this quickly? It's barely seen 8k Miles since its been last replaced...
Also... Could it be a temperature difference? It's alot warmer now than it was when I installed the pump so maybe the heat is causing the antifreeze to have a bit more pressure on it causing it to push its way out?
I'm going to take photos when I can.

woooooo, I just finished replacing mine on 2000 SS. Couple things to check: 1 GM changed the gasket design (according to my parts guy) and 2. you say you put it on pretty tight? The torque for the 6 bolts is ONLY 20 ft/lbs. You may have over tightened it!!
