Replaced horn and fixed yellow headlight this weekend

Here are the write-ups:

Replaced my horn with an exact OEM replacement for < $10.

Fixed my yellow and cracked headlight for < $20 by wet sanding and polishing.

You tell me, Isee a plastic nipple on the bottom just off center to the left. But on the other pic it is way over to the left!! I'm not too sure if you can wet-sand the headlights. I ued to be a detailer and I know you cant sand or buff plastic. If you use plain ole wax,it will help greatley!

There are actually three plastic nubs (nipples?) on the front of the headlight, I didn't grind them down or sand them off or anything... just worked around them. There are some types of headlights that can't be sanded, I think it's due to a coating that is over the headlights.

If you can't sand or buff plastic, how do you think I achieved the results that are very obvious on the before/after pics? BTW, I tried wax, Mother's mag & aluminum polish (which did help BTW), and a cleaner/polish too. None of them did much to help the light.

Hope this info helps someone else with the looks of their car.
