Replace plugs with new headers?

Talking Replace plugs with new headers?

sup guys i willl be putting on my new LT headers this weekend and was wondering if i should change out the plugs? The car has 30,000 miles on it. Also what plugs should i use and what gap are you guys setting them too?

I just replace mine and it's such a PITA you might as well while you have good access to them. Might as well do the wires at the same time. As far as brand I got the NGK TR55 Iridiums and Taylor Thundervolt wires from Thuner. As far as gap goes I left them at .55 the way they were shipped.
