relay for high speed fan ticking?

Hello all, I have a strange problem. I ws at the track today and after my first run I heard some ticking. I thought it may be a lifter or push rod but couldn't really trace anything. I ran very close times so thought I would be ok. When i got home upon further inspection I find it is the high speed fan relay's under the hood. I have EFI Live and when turning on the high speed fan the ticking starts and no high speed? would this be the relay? The fan's will run in low speed with out any trouble. Strange thing is there are 3 relays fan1 fan2 fan3 if i pull fan 2 and fan 3 it stops. If i only pull fan 3 or 2 it will be a smaller ticking? Not sure what to think could anyone have any info that would help?

Sounds like the motor for the fan on the passenger side might be burnt up or it's stuck/has something caught in it.
Drivers side is fan 1 and is low speed.
Passenger side is fan 2 and comes on for high speed.

Ok that is what i thought as well but was not sure. I turned on the low speed fan and both fans were turning. Is that normal?
