Rear End Bolts, how many Ft-Lbs?
I'm changing the oil in the rear end and need to know how many ft-lbs to torque the 10 bolts down to.
One more thing, when putting the liquid sealant onto the gasket, should I put it on both sides of the gasket?

No it dont hurt to paint it.It doesnt have to be high temp but it'll work. When painting anything prep is the most important. You should use a degreaser on the thing or a good solvent.Wet sand w/ some sand paper I think 180 to remove any corrosion wash .Best you get some primer good stuff. But I done it w/o primer before on my other vehicles. Paint light coats at a time as to not run it.
Or just wait awhile till next oil change and get a TA girdle before.I'm gettin that for looks and xtra strenghth.
You could find a chrome one.

I personally would NOT use any type of thread lock on the differential bolts. Torqued at 22 lbs, and taking into consideration the movement in that area (none), they will never back out.
When I swapped my stock cover for the TA girdle, I had it sand blasted, primed and painted flat black, with 2 yellow strips running down each side. Came out killer.
