quick help me in here...swapping sprins but....

quick help me in here...swapping sprins but....
drivers side was all good....
passnegr side
took out strut assembly and that 1 bolt that hold on rubber thing and the springs...well i took nut off
compressed spring and the rubber thing is not coming off...
i decompressed it all the way and rubber thing still wont come off
whats goin on
please help me
