Ok, I bought my new ride, a 98 Z28 M6. I paid cash for it, to a private seller. He used the cash to pay his loan with State Farm off. My question is simple. Why in hell is State Farm holding a certified cashiers check, drawn on Navy Federal Credit Union. They said they're holding it for 3 days until it clears. Ya, great. Thats why I went through the trouble of driving 50 miles to my nearest branch to get a certified cashiers check. Now I cant get a registration for the car, because State Farm isnt even SENDING the title for 3 days. And I think they meant 3 business days. (Bought the car on Friday)

So it sits in the driveway, undriveable, and my rental from the insurance company just went back.

What the hell do I do now?
