My turn signal will not blink. It lights up in the back, but does not flash. When the headlights are on the day time running light/directional light, lights up but still does not flash. Finally the day time running light does not light up. What is going on? I changed the little 194 bulb, but that did not fix the problem. I think there is another bulb but I could twist it out. What is wrong?

 

You need to replace the flasher.
It is behind the bolster knee panel.
Take panel off it is right of column where your right knee would be as if sitting in the seat.

 

GM was nice enough to make both front and rear
not work when either is out on that side so figuring
which one to replace becomes extra fun.
