Question about ls1 repair manuals

I would like to find a Service Manual for a '01 Camaro. Chilton dosen't seem to make one. I have searched the forum and haven't found anything. Dosen't GM Performance Parts make one? And what does Helm mean(Ive seen it on alot of the searched posts). Thank you for your responses in advance, I know they will be useful.

They seem to not have the 01 camaro's repair manual, but thanks. But I still need to find out where I can get it.

Service manuals are a three piece set - I still need to get one. You can order one at www.helminc.com or from GM by calling 1-800-551-4123. I think they're around $120 - you might find one cheaper on ebay.

Um... I only see the service repair manual. If you have this book, does it include the electrical wiring diagram?

Sorry, I don't have one - they're very comprehensive but don't know if it includes wiring diagrams - someone who has one will chime in.

Try Haynes. I got mine at Advanced Auto Parts. Or was it Pep Boys? One of those.

I bought the 3 pc set from Helm for my 2k. They are pretty good. lots of info on engines, DTC's, etc. The wiring diagrams are there - alittle cryptic but the info is there.

Thanks! I might be getting the Helm's one. I hope it does because $120 for a book, it better have it in there. Also, I can't find the 3 peice set. I see the option for the service manual but is that all 3 books? Oh, and can someone please give me the website for the haynes books before i buy the helm's one? Thanks again!

Try factoryautomanuals.com every once in a while as their inventory changes.

Also try giving Ebay a shot.

The one listed is in three parts, does include all the wiring diagrams, pictures of the locations of connectors, connector pinouts...Just about everything you could need to do almost anything. There's some fairly detailed troubleshooting guides too.

Try http://www.haynes.com/na1.html for manual 24017 - Camaro & Pontiac Firebird all models, '93 thru '00 looks to be the latest they've published. I had to get a '96 manualk for my '99 Dodge, was the latest they had at the time.
