Pushrods and Redlining??

Talking Pushrods and Redlining??

A couple times I've been getting on it And hit the rev limter, and went into sec and again. How much will this effect my pushrods? Because I notices a burning smell afterwards? This has happen @ nite trying to keep my eye on the road, I guess I should get a shift lite?

No.
Rev limiters are there to PREVENT damage. If you could easily damage your engine at the stock rev limit, think of all the money GM would be dumping out on warranty claims.
People usually bend pushrods by downshifting instead of upshifting while racing, or hitting the limiter with a power adder.
