pulling to the left

just had new slotted/drilled rotors put on the front and the back rotors turned. NEW ceramic pads and at the same time had my 6000 mile goodyears rotated like always. took about 250 miles till the noises went away from the front pads and rotors seating BUT now all of a sudden today I noticed the wheel shaking more then usual (NOT BRAKING) and it seems to pull to the left. NEVER had any problems like this. It shook like a SOB (when braking) before I had the brake work and that was cleared up but now this. I have a road hazard deal with goodyear but he did not say anything when the tires were rotated about problems, alignment or something..

ALIGNMENT?
