Which Pulley Is This?(Pic)

Best I can tell this pulley is very wobbly at idle, but when given some gas it tends to straighten itself out. I'm not sure if it is just loose, or maybe a bad bearing. I want to know which pulley it is so I can possibly order one, because it looks like I'll be able to get to it pretty easily if I get the car on jack stands. It is the very large one on the bottom:

that looks like the crank pulley, if that black is pavement below it. If its wobbly you should definately have it fixed, it doesnt really matter what pulley it is, if it wobbles, fix it.

I planned on fixing it regardless of which it was. I just wanted to know at which part I should be looking to buy if need be. Would it be possible to just tighten it? Does that require any special tool? Sorry, I'm a newb and don't do much work myself. Combination of lazieness, and scared of breaking it worse than it is.

And yes, that is the pavement directly below.

It looked wobbly to both my wife and I. I'll try and grab a quick video of it to see if you guys think it is moving. After I finish my pizza rolls of course

if it is moving the elastomer ring could be bad...do you see that little rubber ring thing in the pic...it could be coming apart right there

On the front face of the pulley? Like where there looks like a little grey piece peeling away from it?

Here is a quick video I made: Taken at idle, under the car

It sounds like complete poo. It is pretty loud too. You can hear it in the car with the windows up.

What is your oil pressure? Any knocking sounds when you rev it?

BTW it's not a good idea to mess with the crank bolt, it's a stretch bolt and will never be in spec again if it's tightened or loosened. And it's quite unlikely that it would back out on its own.

Oil pressure is just about 40, a little higher but the gauge is touching the 40 line. What would that indicate/ No other sounds besides the squeak. I upoloaded another video to the CZ28 video section of it at idle, and then given some throttle to give you guys an idea of what it sounds like.

The crank bolt was fine, I wiggled it with my fingers and it was not loose or anything, so I don't believe that is still the problem. It still seems like that pulley is kinda wobbly though. Is it possible it could wobble at idle and then as it gains speed straighten out?

that pulley seems to me like it was pressed on not-straight, but during higher rpm,s it seems to straighten up, i would say replace the pulley, but while you got the pulley out, check for crank end-play.

Kinda what it looked like to me as well, just trying to get some other opinions though. If it is the problem, I'm not sure I'd be able to get at it myself.
