Post Problem with long tubes?

Somone told me that the long tube headers arent a good choice because they go down to low to the ground and scrape and have other problems since there so low. Does this have any truth to it? This is my first car (all trucks before) and I just want some good peformance but dont want a lot of problems.

Get the Hooker Longtube headers and you won't have ground clearance issues even on a lowered car.
