ok guys here is the story.
i bought one of those extended warranty, i need to replace my power rack pinion, the warranty will cover upto $500, but a GM part cost $750, now the warranty A** Holes told me that can send me an after market refurbished one for free...and they will cover the labor to install it.

what do you guys think ? i DO NOT have the extra $250 to cover for the GM part.

any ideas ?

 

i had to replace my power steering system too recently cost 1097 plus the price of a full power steering flush

if you cannot afford the 250, and want to get the refurbished part, have the warranty company put it in writing that they will still replace/repair that part should it crap out in the future.
