i think there are a few shops that sell 50 state S/L heads (try the big places like AFR, Ligenfelter, etc.) also, note that stock sized stuff is legal. for example, stock ratio roller tip rockers, stock length one piece light pushrods, light weight valves. anything that makes the engine require less power to operate is more power at the flywheel. also, call different shops and ask about their 50 state s/l parts. sometimes the oddest things can earn a CARB EO number. the parts are there, you just have to ask for them. i know year one has markers on their website telling people the CARB status on each part in its description. www.yearone.com
