Well i have changed the fluid in the rear diff, have mobil 1 synthetic and gm spec limited slip add in. Found chunks of metal shavings some that the magnet couldn't pick up. I inspected the ring and pinion and they are fine, suprisingly. The limited slip looks ok from what i can see, no noticable damage. If anyone has any ideas about popping sounds in the rear when coming and going from a stop light intermittently. Checked the shocks and stuff too, they are ok. Any info would be appreciated.

 

Check for worn U-joints?
