A re-ring with an aftermarket cam swap and a used LS6 intake manifold.

I would change out the rod bearings, check the main bearings, and mic the crank too. Then put it back together with a new oil pump, hardened pushrods, new valve springs, and new GM replacement lifters.

The Futral Motorsports F13 is a great cam. You need to change the springs, oil pump, timing chain set, springs, and pushrods on a cam-swap. Most aftermarket cam kits come with everything you need. With 130k miles, I'd also change the lifters like Al said.

You can find a used LS6 intake manifold here on the internet. Welcome.
