I've been told one 12" and a 24" and also been told 2x 24" extensions. Which do I need? BTW: Pacesetter long tubes on a 2000 LS1

 

most places sell them in pairs i think...hence the 2x24"

but i think the shorter ones will be fine. one side almost reaches without an extension....the other side is not even close.

i say stick with the 24"...that way you have plenty of extra to make sure it's routed away from the hot collector.

 

Get two 24'' extensions. Places like tunder racing sell single. Your gonna be looking at ~ $25 each, so if the price is $50 you'll know it's for two.

 

Yeah it only needs one 12" and one 24" but it's harder to get that combo so everyone goes two 24".

 

well I found the 12/24" combo for $30 shipped, so I picked them up. I will find out soon enough.
