p0137

"P0137 O2 signal low bank 1 sensor 2" is that the passenger side manifold o2 sensor?

Bank 1 is the driverside and sensor 2 is the after cat sensor and it has no effect on performance.

no but it doesset off the SES light and i do have to go pass emissions soon. could that be a problem with the cat?

well any last heads up to prevent wasting $150 on an O2 sensor or is that probably right?

Yep, go out and crawl under the car, swap the after cat O2 sensors, reset the PCM, and see if the code comes back.
If it does come back as bank 2 sensor 2 then you'll know for sure that it's a bad sensor.
