I just checked my oil and noticed i was missing about 2 qts of oil. this is the second time this has happened .. it happened last time i changed the oil is was half empty.. i wanted to know what could it be.. there no signs of oil leak, none on the garage or dirve way.. checked under the car nothing there.. the car has 59000 miles on it i always used mobil 1 5-30.. there is a ticking noise when i warm up it up.. i just thought it was the noise all camaro make at start up.. if anyone knows let me know..

 

Change your PCV valve.

 

Many LS1s consume around a quart of oil between oil changes. If changing your PCV valve doesn't work, then just accept that fact.

 

At about 2 quarts low the "low oil" light should illluminate.
