Hey everyone, my 2001 Z28 is experiencing an oil leak and i'd like to know if anyone has pointers on what could be causing it. It's a fairly tiny leak, I would go to my car after about 9 of having it parked and there would be about 3"x3" spot on the ground. It's more just damp than a puddle. I did smell it to realize it is oil. If you're sitting in the car and looking towards the engine it would be at the front right of the engine. What would be there to cause this and what actions should I take?

An oil leak can travel quite a distance before hitting the ground. When i had a leaky oil pressure sending unit (located behind the intake) it was actually leaking on the front of the oil pan so that should give you a good idea. Best thing to do is jack the car up and start inspecting, wipe up any oil from the bottom of the car, start the car and see if you can see a the leak.
