oil change question
ok, what do you guys do with the old oil? i grew up on a farm and while i won't say what we did with it.... i think you can figure it out
. i live in an apartment complex and that really isn't much of an option now heh. i have no problem taking the ranger to the local service station and having my wallet molested but, id really prefer to change the camaros oil myself. so what on earth do i do with this oil?
*eyes the treeline beside the apartment complex across the street* if it were really late..... and i was sneeky.. what?

Most autopart stores will take care of it actually.. autozone etc.
better that than getting caught and paying lots of fines

Does your area of Ohio have recycling ?
Houston will pick up used oil so long as it is in the original container having a screw top.
So, I leave mine once every 2 weeks for curb side recycling.
The filters are a little more problematic - I have to run them up to Wal Mart every so often & dump them - N/C .
Good Luck !!

Here in Dayton you can just take it to Autozone for disposal/recycling.
