Odd noise after putting 18x9.5's on...
I bought a Z06 replica package from AFS, the wheels are 18x9.5, with Kumho's on it. Kumho 712 Ecsta Supra tires – 275/35 ZR-18

They look great, they fit great, I love them.
But get this. Sometimes, when I take a turn, not a tight one, not a loose one... Nothing particularly trackable... from the rear end you get a metal on metal kind of humming noise. It kinda sounds like when you rub your finger around the opening of a glass pepsi can (Or a Corona, if that suits you guys better) - and it goes away after the turn.
My wheels are snugly on, and they were put on properly with every bit of caution to doing it right one could have. Sounds axle related, but why? Theres plenty of clearance, I dont believe the tire is rubbing - and even if it was it wouldnt sound like that.
My car isnt lowered, it doesnt have any other kind of suspension modifications.
What do you think?
