Smile O2 Simulators For Catted Y-pipe

I am thinking of buying the pacesetter/catted y-pipe set-up from Texas speed along with the hooker catback exhaust.Do I need to buy o2 simulators for this y-pipe or does it have the o2 bungs welded in?My car is a 99 z28 m6.I am looking for a nice sounding exhaust that is not too loud, thats why I am considering the catted y-pipe to help keep the decibles down.If the ORY is not too loud with this combination, I would probably use this instead.Any other ideas or thoughts will definately be appreciated!

you should only need the sims if you are bypassing the cats or going orp.

A Y is a waste w/out headers. Save your $ until you get headers.
