next mod

ok i have bought a SLP lid and will put it on my TA once it arrives next week. so basically i am stock except for a lid and borla exhaust that was on my car when i bought it. what would you guys recommend as my next mod? im thinking about LT headers maybe, but headers are expensive.

It depends on how much you are wanting to spend. If you are looking to spend around $500 you can get a set of LT's and y-pipe. Maybe you should consider some suspension mods like sub frames and lca's or torque arm. Most suspension equipment can be had for around $200.

yeah i agree......LTs and y-pipe would be the way to go but if your not lookin to spend that much money just yet then check out some suspension mods (all listed above) even some control arms or sway bars. guages are never a bad investment either but that might be a little pricey too.

Try some suspension or a cutout. You will never use Borla again

um...dude...borla has a built in cutout

the SSRA is a great mod, very nice gains on the highway

but i would say the headers would be a bigger gain. you can get coated flowtechs with all hardware and offroad pipe for under $600

It does have a cutout...but not worth the $700 compared to a $34 flowtech if he had stock exhaust.

Definetly go with headers and a y-pipe. There is a GP going on now for the pacesetters and y-pipe for $500 and you should see anything from a 18-25 hp gain!

since your an auto i highly recommend a stall.its extremely noticeable and makes your car alot more enjoyable.

even if you dont get DRs youre car will run alot stronger from a roll.

just remember to get a trans cooler too.
