Smile Newby to Z28

Just bought a 99 Camaro with 68k mileson it. Owner must have taken care of this baby well because in & out, it looks new. This is my first Camaro so I don't know much about it. I was in the dealers lot here in Tacoma looking at MB, Beemer and a Mustang but this red Z28 caught my eyes. I was not dissapointed to say the least. Need help to get to know more of this car. Any infos is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Richard

Congrats, do you have the auto or 6 speed? What do you need to know about the car?

do sub-frames first. cause once you add power your gonna want to control it. i did that mistake and it almost cost me. i never had good traction.

Subframe connectors were one of the better suspension mods I have done to my car so far.

If you want to get more familiar with the LS1 and how to get more power, I recommend that you read "How to Build High Performance LS1/LS6 Chevy V-8's". Great book! Also you can read some of the articles and install write-ups on www.ls1howto.com.
