i would say on a stock exhaust you would probably see 10 at least and closer to 15hp is possible.
there are guys who have picked up that much over a catback...let alone the restrictive stock muffler.
if you plan to just run a cutout and be done with it as far as exhaust, here is my suggestion:
go to a decent shop and have them remove the intermediate pipe from the rear of the Ypipe. install a piece of 3" pipe in it's place with the cutout on the end so that it sits right before the axle. that way you are taking advantage of the larger pipe diameter when running the cutout. not difficult or $$ and possibly worth another hp or 2
