new springs, something wrong

I just had the BMR springs with 1' drop installed on my SS and something doesn't look right. The back looks correct but the front doesn't look like its dropped at all. I had them installed at a front end shop and they said they were installed correctly. I doubed checked the springs and sure enough the springs on front say front. I measured and the front is higher than the rear. I purchased the springs from thunder racing and was wondering if this is the normal look or has anyone had similiar results?

I'm not sure if they're progressive or not all I know is that they were supposed to give it a 1" drop. Looking at the springs side by side you could tell the difference between the front springs and the rear springs.

New springs will settle a little. Another thing to check is to make sure that the front springs are "threaded" all the way onto the rubber isolator. Basically if you put your finger on the top of the spring where the coil wraps around, the other side of your finder should be butted up against the vertical rubber surface.
