No comparison. Everything else on F-bodies (Y-pipe with 1 exhaust exit) sounds like **** in comparison.

It's very deep and ground-pounding, but loud as ***** when you lay into it.

Oh I thought the GMMG Ehhaust was a True Dual.I have to say that your Exhaust sounds mellow enough driving around town which is great for someone who likes to drive the car alot.It sounds like a Race car when you hit the throttle. Also its probably cheaper then the GMMG Exhaust.

Right now, I'm just daily-driving it like it is with regular 245 tires on the back... been like that for the last 4-6 months... it's "interesting" passing other cars on the highway looking at them sideways in 3rd gear just by rolling into it. ROFL. I'm gonna put some Nittos on it again when it gets close to the Vette/Viper shootout at NPR in the spring so I can go lay the smack down on those Vettes/Vipers on the roadcourse again like last year.

I've been tossing around the idea around of selling it because it simply isn't practical, although it performs like a mean bitch, runs flawlessly, and gets 16/22 gas mileage even with the nasty cam and big gear out back.

Mike
I was just wondering why you think its not practical?? To loud or the gas mileage? I know in the winter it is useless in the snow.

Loud and lopey. Don't need nearly 500 horsepower for daily driving.

Gas mileage is still around 22-23 city with 4.10s.

Yeah for everyday driving I would get headache's in my former 5.0 Mustang with the Flowmaster Thunder Exhaust.Im late in my 30's and Im not sure if the sound of your car would get to me.My backup car is a 87 Buick T-Type which sounds like nothing but is real fun.Still its no car to leave at the mall and not worry about.

There's only one setup, but you get to choose your muffler type. I have the Dynomax bullets.

Oh ok.Price is not that high.I would be tempted to add a little nitrous even though your car runs great.I know it wouldn't probably work in 1st and 2nd Gear's.

Get some 295/45/17 MT Drag Radials...

They'll hook.

Ahhh... I was thinking about Nittos for my "street" wheels. Do they get insanely loose like some drag radials, or are they pretty stable?

I got to get me one of these cars.I sold my other 2 V-8 car's last year because the one was junk and the other one was a Beautiful Iron Pig that I see no fun having because I didb't drive it.Not to mention 5-8 MPG's.
