Not sure how big mine is right now, but if you need to drill one, you need to start small.. like a 1/32".

The factory throttle body already has a hole in it. Some tuners enlarge that hole a very little bit at a time to let more idle air in to achieve a good idle without making the IAC have to work so hard. Some tuners like to play with timing and such to get the idle right without increasing the hole diameter.
And some aftermarket TBs don't have a hole at all.

Haha. It's all good. Blew the motor up back in Dec. 07 by sucking water into it, so I redid it with what's in the sig.

Right now, I'm just daily-driving it like it is with regular 245 tires on the back... been like that for the last 4-6 months... it's "interesting" passing other cars on the highway looking at them sideways in 3rd gear just by rolling into it. ROFL. I'm gonna put some Nittos on it again when it gets close to the Vette/Viper shootout at NPR in the spring so I can go lay the smack down on those Vettes/Vipers on the roadcourse again like last year.

I've been tossing around the idea around of selling it because it simply isn't practical, although it performs like a mean bitch, runs flawlessly, and gets 16/22 gas mileage even with the nasty cam and big gear out back.

When I have some money to spend, I think an F14 HL cam is in my future.

yeah i am looking for a lsx in need of some tlc. i've got a buddy with a 408 in his wrecked silverado and he is just sitting on the motor, but told me if i get something it is mine to throw in. just trade motors and some cash. since the last time i saw you i did some **** to the STi and ran 12.2 in the 1/4. but summer came around and i wanted to be on the water so i went and bought me a boat then figured i needed a truck to pull it. i had the boat for 2 weeks before i found the right deal. but when you have a boat i learned it's not hard to find friends that are willing to tow it for you. alot easier than convincing them to haul a couch. lol.

I like the GMMG Exhaust hit for the LS1 cars but that sounds wicked.
