New Car and need some ideas..

Just bought a 2000 T/A and I'm looking for some off the wall ideas for the LS1 engine...I've worked on a LT1 before but we all know they are two totally different engines...... soo shoot me some ideas if you would be so kind... THANKS

same general ideas...

more air in, easier exhaust out

lid, SSRA, ls6 intake, longtube headers and a good exhaust, www.madz28.com tune

should net you around 330-340 hp at the wheels with a tune

read the first 5 pages of the LS1 forum...you'll learn ALOT

thanks for the info.. will do on the read.....i have one question for anyone though.. when i drive sometimes i hear one or two clicks comming from underneath the car while shifting from first to second... and clue what it might be and how i should fix it without getting ripped off at a shop???

Congrats, yea generally its the same idea, starters would be a lid and a catback, then headers...LS1 are easier to work on also

tough to say on the clickin....

could just be some of the heat shields around the exhaust vibrating, or could be the synchros makinig noise which is fairly normal. or possibly the throwout bearing.
