Need some quick info on a few parts.
Looking into a few things here..for my 99. What if any gains will a 85mm Maf or a Shaner S2 ported TB give me? With either..does anything need to be changed or tuned?

the throttle body will gian you the most. There's a guy in my area who will port out the stock TB for you for $40 and do the TB bypass. I'd see if anyone locally does that to b/c it will dave you some $.
