I just bought the GM Hotcam kit and I want to know if the factory springs on my 98 TA will work for this. I dont know what the lift is on this cam, and I have the ones that come with the kit, but if I could get away with the factory ones, I would like to.

i'd get new springs

 

yeah replace them, you'll either max the stockers out or come damn close

 

stock springs will NOT work with a hotcam
