Is it good or bad to to run your car on a 160 F thermostat

 

Depends upon your mod level.

 

all i have is and air lid and exhaust thats basically it

 

A cooler thermostat is a common cheap "mod" if you can call it that. That isn't really a "cool" temp., but running the engine at that cooler temperature is better. It decreases wear and lowers heat release from the motor. Depends on where you are too. I would definitely hit it up ASAP because I'm in Arizona.
