I have the bmr weld in sfcs and they rock, they really pull the front end up on launch too. i would reccomend them to anyone. and you dont have to pull any carpet up.

I just had Kenny Brown SFCs installed on the 19th and it was well worth it! I don't have LCAs yet because I still don't know which to purchase (any help would be greatly appreciated ) but my car had the same problems as all of yours, gettin squirrelly when hitting a minor bump at 65mph, body roll similar to a worn out Galaxy 500. The SFCs and an alignment took care of all of that AND the squeaks I got just from normal driving when the car would flex.

I agree with Ken on the shocks. The stock Decarbons are junk right out of the box.

While a live axle is not the ideal handling setup, it is not as bad as you make it out to be. IRS suffers camber change as the suspension works, which effectively reduces the contact patch. Also, maybe you can explain how the F-body, which is required to use a restrictor plate to choke the horsepower down, is "the car" to have in SCCA stock class road racing? Other cars in the class, which mostly have IRS, are the BMW M3, Honda S2000, Porsche Boxster S and Mustang Cobra. Here is a link to the results from the Runoffs (national championship) last year: http://www.scca.org/amateur/club_rac...s/t2-race.html

My car suffered from the same thing. My mechanic found a broken tranny mount. I had it Replaced and the car drove better but still not the way I thought it should.

Then @ the next oil change I had him put it on the lift and check the suspention. Turns out I also had a loose lower control arm.

From the evidence of the wear marks in the mount from it moving all over, we estimated that it probably had been loose since it left the factory.

Anyway, with all the loose and broken parts fixed and replaced, and a new set of Goodyear Eagle F1's, the car is feeling better than it ever had since I bought it new 3 years ago.
