mustang dyno

What kind of numbers are you guys getting on the mustang dyno? I saw mine and wanted to cry!

dyno number will be different from dyno to dyno even with the same type/brand
mustang dynos work completely differently than the dyno jet dynos and will show lower numbers
the dynojet is an inertia dyno while the mustang dyno is an eddy current dyno

Buddy has dynoed on both and said there was 5-6% difference

i've heard there was as high as a 15% difference. i guess all dynos vary.

What were you dyno numbers? It could have been the temp or humidity hurting you too. Were you running rich? maybe some tuning will help.

290 rwhp. That was after tuning. I talked to the guy thursday and he said someone screwed with the dyno settings, so I got the car back today but no new numbers. It's a helluva lot faster now!
